At MMMA, the enrichment team plays an important role in creating a vibrant and interesting environment for the cadets. This department is in charge of organizing events, programs, and extracurricular activities that not only bring excitement to the cadets’ everyday routines, but also help them grow and develop personally. To make enrichment time more engaging and enjoyable for cadets, it also promotes the development of life skills, communication, and camaraderie, as well as the cadets’ emotional and physical health. In addition, this team aids other departments with any events that may occur, which are normally held at the program venue. This role is handled by the enrichment team’s well-organized department.
