The Fleet Discipline and Conduct department, formerly known as Integrity, enforces rules for the MMMA Fleet of Cadets, aiming to be an ideal cadet in the discipline. The DCO’s duties include implementing rules and regulations, and grading cadets based on their actions. Their duties are divided into sub-departments like admin, duty assignment, and public affairs. The DCO’s role is to ensure cadets comply with academy rules and maintain the ideal characteristics of an MMMA cadet. Being a leader in the DCO’s role involves trusting the team, promoting proper dissemination, and setting an example for other cadets.
