Last Morning Colors, Monday, June 3, 2024, was a memorable day for the MMMA cadet fleet, particularly Batch 2021. 26 outstanding cadets from Batch 2021 have received a Bronze Star. Symbolizing their dedication and passion for fitness. In addition, marathon participants in the Animo Sunset Run, which took place on May 25, 2024, at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, were recognized for their participation. Furthermore, underweight cadets and Hercules participants from batch 2021, 2022, and 2023 received recognition for completing the Physical Fitness Development Program.


“Diligence is the relentless pursuit of excellence in everything that you do” Captain Albert Capili delivered a powerful speech emphasizing three essential qualities for success in the maritime industry. Diligence, tenacity, and celebrating small wins. He highlighted how diligence, characterized by hard work and dedication, forms the backbone of a successful career. He stressed the importance of tenacity, the ability to persevere through challenges and setbacks, as essential for navigating the tough waters of the maritime profession. Additionally, he encouraged celebrating small victories as a means of maintaining motivation and morale along the journey. Captain Capili concluded by urging aspiring mariners to incorporate these principles into their endeavors, ensuring success and achievement in their careers.
