Empowering Cadets: Gender and Development Talk at MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy

On June 22, 2024, MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy (MMMA) hosted an enlightening Gender and Development (GAD) session led by Ms. Anne Dominique Francisco, a certified member of the Philippine Commission on Women, GAD resource pool. The cadets experienced a variety of informative insights about “Gender and Sex” as well as their roles in society. Ms. Francisco emphasized the importance of understanding and respecting gender diversity, which aligns with MMMA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
