Background
Captain Neopol L. Salvador, PhD, is the Dean of Maritime Education of MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy. Upon graduation from PMMA in 1982, he spent 16 years of seagoing career, and thereafter, retired from sea service in 1998. In between his vacations from sea, he spent his time teaching in maritime review center from 1995 to 1997, conducting review classes and preparing candidates for PRC Board examination review for Chief Officer and Master Mariner licensure examination.
Upon retirement from sea service, he immediately worked in Japanese-owned ship management company domiciled in the Philippines from 1998 until 2004, starting as Marine Superintendent, and later as Marine Manager, and finally as Quality Assurance Manager, before leaving the company to live and work in Athens, Greece, as Commercial Operator from 2004 until 2008.
Thereafter, from Athens, he transferred to Japan to live and work again in a ship management company in 2008, starting as Marine Superintendent, and later as Marine Manager, before leaving Japan in 2011 to finally settle back in the Philippines. In the Philippines, he worked in Fairmont Shipping (Philippines) Inc.
(FSPI), a ship management company and Manila branch office of Fairmont Shipping (Canada) Inc. (FSA), starting from 2011 as the Branch Manager, and later as the General Manager until 2018. During that time, he also worked as visiting Professor and part-time Director of the Graduate School of Asian Institute of Maritime Studies (AIMS-GS), from 2013-2018.
After his stint at FSPI, he was then re-assigned to MOL-Magsaysay Maritime Academy (MMMA), where he presently works now.

Background
Chief Engineer Michael G. Delos Reyes is the present Program Head of Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering. After his graduation from PMI in 1995, he joined the Basic Seaman Upgrading Course (BSUC 14-96) program of Magsaysay Institute of Shipping in 1996. Upon completing the program, he was assigned to serve MOL Vessel’s under the management of Magsaysay MOL Marine Inc. where he spent 20 years of his seagoing career. Throughout his time in MOL, he was also assigned as Technical Superintendent in MOL Ship Management Singapore (MOSMSG) from 2013 to 2014.
During his vacation from sea service, he spent some time in Magsaysay MOL Marine Manning Inc. Head Office in Manila as Port Chief Engineer and MOL Training Center Phil. (MOLTCP) as On-call Instructor for the In-house Training Program. During his time in MOLTCP, he was also assigned in Cadet Training Vessel (Spirit of MOL) as Engine Instructor for the cadetship program from 2008-2009.
From his last vessel assignment on 2017, he was assigned to MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy, where he works at present.

Background
Capt. Rudy J. Solatorio joined Magsaysay Maritime Corporation (MMC) as a regular crew after graduating at PMMA. He was then transferred to Magsaysay MOL Marine Inc. (MMM) where he spent 27 years of his seagoing career serving MOL vessel since 1987 up to 2014.
Thereafter, he was assigned to MOL Training Center, Phils. (MOLTCP) as instructor, where he spent 3 years facilitating the in-house training for MOL seafarers.
